Scheduling

To remain fully present with clients during sessions — and to honor time away from work with my family — all appointment booking, changes, and cancellations are handled online.

Communication

You’re welcome to reach me via email (info@renewalbeauty.com) or text (833-923-3321). I respond to all inquiries within 24 hours during business hours (Monday–Friday, 10:00am–4:00pm). Texts may receive an AI auto responder to assist with questions.

Late arrivals

Punctuality ensures a calm and uninterrupted experience for all clients. Appointments end at their scheduled time, so late arrivals may be shortened and full payment will be due.  

Cancellations

This practice values mutual respect and punctuality. A minimum of 24 hours' notice is required to avoid any charges. Cancellations or rescheduling made within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment may result in a fee of up to the full cost of the session. Cancellations with less than 24 hour notice cannot be completed online, and clients will need to reach out to me personally. Missed appointments with no notice will be charged for the full appointment. 

Illness

Facials and waxing are close-contact services. If you are feeling unwell, please cancel your appointment, even if it's within the 24-hour cancellation window, to keep the studio safe and comfortable for myself and all guests. 

Children and extra guests

To maintain a calm and focused environment, appointments are for the scheduled client only. I kindly ask that children and extra guests remain at home. Thank you for helping keep the space relaxing for everyone.
